Interview
The interview process was very easy- the interviewer asked pretty basic questions and allowed me space to think of my answer. Sometimes, they will conduct group interviews for entry level positions which isn't always the most efficient but gets the job done.
First round phone interview. Very basic questions. Thought I did well, but didn't make it through to the next round. No reason given as to why. Standard canned email response back.
Phone screening with Lululemon recruiter- two rounds of interview with directors, etc of lululemon. Asking hr questions then asking general questions about the duties of role not very challenging questions not very different with other companies

Super sterile interviews. 30 min each on the dot with scripts of questions from first to last interview of process. No flow. Very stiff and didn’t meet with appropriate levels.
