Interview
It was a group interview with 6 other people, it took about 30 minutes. They asked a lot of questions about how you would react or include another person. It was a bit awkward because it seemed like you were in class or group therapy.

Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
