mCarbon Tech Innovation interview questions

Very poor hiring process... I called from my friend for the interview and took more than 1 months to release offer letter... two technical round and one hr round... there is no written and any m/c test

It was a good full day interview. Interviews, Manager and HR all were quite knowledgeable and process driven. I went through 4 rounds of interviews and interview went good. First round was with HR. Second round was with a Sr. Developer who checked my java and aptitude skills, then followed by third round of interview where designing skills get validated. Fourth round was with Manager where again aptitude got checked as well he validated my experience.
