      Software Engineer Interview

      18 Aug 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Fairfax, VA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at mHelpDesk (Fairfax, VA) in Jul 2019

      Interview

The overall interview process was well-organized, and I especially liked how timely my questions/concerns got answered. The process first started off with a phone screen, then a technical interview over the phone with a few engineers, then an on-site at their HQ where I was interviewed by a series of team members (engineers, PMs, directors, and etc.) either individually or by groups, and then a final HR round over the phone to close things out. One thing that notably stood out to me most was that I was assigned to complete an assessment (project) prior to the on-site round, and then discuss about my approach and such there.
