the interview process conists of multiple parts:
1. basic coding interview
2. end-to-end interview - you and the interviewer discuss a feature of monday.com and break it down to psuedo-implementation
3. system interview - breaking down the architechture of a feature in monday.com, focusing on the high level architecture
4. Management interview
5. HR interview
overall, throughout each step the interview revolves around the product itself, which I really liked.
