Pretty standard interview process, first with HR over the phone, then a Zoom interview with one of the Product Manager.
It wasn't the recruiting manager, but a member of the product team doing the interview with some of the "regular" product questions

You need to advise the CEO regarding what feature to push - "People you may know" or ads?
What would you suggest?
Remember it's the very beginning of a new product.
Provide steps until you get to your decision.

Had several stages that went by well, but then things have shifted internally at the company and I eventually got rejected while being very confused. I guess it wasn't meant to be, but still pretty frustrating.

Initial Screen with Recruiter / HR and Product-Sense. Real PM work includes working with engineering, leading teams, making tradeoffs, writing clear specs, tracking data, and understanding customers.
Monday.com interviews didn't check any of these.
