I was contacted about 6 weeks after applying by someone asking me to propose some times for an interview and a time-limited assignment. I proposed a few times and then heard nothing back for two days. On the third day, I woke up to an email containing two writing assignments due the following morning. When I asked to reschedule as I would be traveling, the person told me they were "fast tracking" the hiring and, as such, were unable to reschedule.
Seriously? I had applied over a month ago. The whole correspondence seemed disorganized and unprofessional so I stopped my application process.

Interview
Good overall, first got on a call with HR member for initial interview, then another interview with the hiring manager. Did not get an offer after that. the process ended there for me.

Tell me about yourself, what experience do you have related to program management
The interview process was conducted unprofessional by recruiting staff, demonstrating a lack of care for candidates' time. The recruiter cancelled my third-round scheduled interview by cancelling the calendar invite about 10 minutes before the interview was set to begin. I was forced to follow up myself to find out if the conversation was being rescheduled, but was informed it had simply been cancelled. The way an organization treats candidates says a lot about how it treats employees, and I was not encouraged by this.
