I got a first call from Talent Acquisition asking a few questions. Minutes later I received an email with a business case assignment, for which I was given 3 days to complete. Three days after I turned the campaign in I received a positive answer about it and an invitation for an online interview. Overall the process lasted about a week. I was interviewed by both Talent Acquisition and Social Media Design Supervisor. They were really nice, the interview went great overall and it lasted for about 35 minutes. About 2 weeks after that I’ve received a mail telling me that I wasn’t picked for the role.
