I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at parcelLab
Interview
I participated in various stages of the selection process for a working student position. The process included an initial general screening, an interview with the Data Manager and Engineers, a task assignment, and a technical interview following the task assignment.
I successfully passed all these stages and found the process to be excellent up to that point. I was able to answer most of the questions they posed during the interviews, and I completed the given task in just 2 days, even though the deadline was set for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I did not get the job. While there may have been other candidates with more extensive knowledge, I did not receive any feedback about the selection process. Despite reaching out to HR and one of the interviewers, I received no response.
Committing my time and effort to all these stages without receiving any feedback makes the experience feel devalued. I believe that candidates who reach the final stage of the interview process should be provided with feedback.
