Store manager didn't seem to know the company well. District manager was on phone the whole time. Seems like they hire people easily. Managers don't always have much experience, need a better screening process. Met other managers with little to no experience in leadership. Overall pretty easy interview if you come semi prepared.

The interview was delightful and straight to the point. The manager at the time liked to state what the job entitled and if you had a problem with the duties then she would tell you that she didn't want to waste your time.

It was a fast, informative, simple, and friendly first interview with the store manager.
She an I sat in the store and spoke about the expectations we both have for the assistant manager position, and I asked a lot of questions regarding the logistics of the store I was applying for.
I have accepted a second interview with the general manager this upcoming week.
