RES is an outside recruitment agency that was hiring for Thyssenkrupp, so I had one interview with the recruitment agency, and another with workforce management at another time, about a week apart from one another. After being hired, there was a freeze, so I quit my last job thinking I was going to start with tke, but had to wait five weeks with no income.
