Phone interview, Zoom interview, then got ghosted. Expected more from a prestigious company like ThyssenKrupp. Was very qualified and VERY disappointed. Typical in today’s job climate but not expected given the rapport that was established with the recruiter.

I thought this was a manufacturing facility with high turnover, over 70% in the last year. But after I asked a question about manufacturing, I was then told it was a warehouse. 2 totally different types of facilities. I wish that information was divulged in the job description because it would have kept me from applying.
