thyssenkrupp Project Engineer interview questions

I was called for an Interview with the Head of Projects. He made me very comfortable during the interview. Although I had worked on site, I had done all activities that a person sitting in Head office would do under Project Coordination. Still he did not select me for the job, just because I had not worked in Head Office.
