Applied and received phone interview with 3 days. Completely connected with recruiter and was lined up and prepared for a interview with regional sales mgr. told he was warm and fuzzy I would feel comfortable yada yada. Got to interview location. Place was scarce. Overly quiet no identification on walls & looking like they were temp residents or just moved in. They had been there 7 years. What?? Seriously if you are a successful company you identify this through your in office decor and set up. Cold and not so sterile. Regional manager was obviously not expecting me or had a different idea of who I was. Stilted conversation ensued with poor interview technique. His description of the job did not match recruiters. Especially it came to how many leads and how they were distributed or times set for leads. All commission based after 10 days training at minimum wage. Benefits offered.
