      Coordinator Interview

      30 May 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at uAspire in May 2024

      Interview

There were supposed to be three interviews and a project: 1) A phone call with the HR person, 2) A Zoom call with the hiring manager and another employee who would work closely with the role, along with the HR person, and 3) A final and third interview where you presented a short work exercise they requested that you do. Unfortunately, less than 48 hours before my final interview, they emailed me to tell me they were no longer hiring for the position. You'd think they'd figure that out before scheduling final round interviews for candidates and asking them to complete work exercises... bummer.
