I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at uTrack Software in Sept 2019
Interview
Interview consisted of a phone screen with HR, then a take home technical test which I estimate would have taken several days work. Presumably there would have been a third stage after this, but I declined to continue at this point.

Question 1
Very generic career questions - it was an HR employee, not a technical discussion.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at uTrack Software (Dublin, Dublin) in Apr 2019
Interview
Applied online for a mid-level Java software developer role, contacted immediately by HR to have a quick chat regarding CV and past experience. A 1-hour semi-technical call with the CTO was then organised for later that day.
After this call, I was given a Java code challenge to complete within a number of days (I could only work on this part-time due to an existing employment but they were able to accommodate my needs) The challenge consisted of creating a Spring application for data processing and persistence using MySQL, Hibernate and Spring to read data from a REST api.
A few days after submitting this challenge, an on-site interview with HR, the CTO and the senior Java developer was scheduled, it was about 1 hour to go through some specifics regarding experience and the challenge submission.
I was offered the position the same day, a few hours after the interview, which I gladly accepted.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at uTrack Software (Birmingham, England) in Mar 2019
Interview
The interview process was held at the UK office. The team were very friendly, the questions were fair and based on my technical ability and previous experience which is exactly how interviews for this position should be conducted.
I was met at the front door in a timely manner and shown upstairs to where the interview was held. I had the opportunity to speak to a senior developer from the Dublin office over a video call, along with HR and members from the UK office.
