I applied in-person. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at vIPtela in Feb 2017
Interview
I had a telephonic round followed by a onsite panel interview with 3 interviewers. I was asked on routing basics and python scripting.
Thereafter I was chosen for next round to meet VP of Engineering. After VP gave green signal I was interviewed by the CEO, Pravin Akkiraju. In total 3 days of interviews, one for each round.
The whole process took nearly 2 months, on top of that I didn't get the offer as the CEO felt otherwise. Good for me though! I didn't want to join Cisco, so looking back, I feel great!
Interview questions [1]

I applied online. I interviewed at vIPtela (San Jose, CA)
Interview
My first round went well with hiring manager and was called for F2F with 6-7 more people which went extremely well. I cannot think of any question which i could not answer, just that I didnt had networking experience which everyone was aware of. After interview, I sent followup email to hiring manager as well as coordinator from who I didn't hear anything, after couple of followups, the coordinator told that I am have been shortlisted for final interview again and will hear back again. I didn't hear anything. I again sent followup mail to hiring manager, coordinator as well as HR and none of them even have courtesy to reply or inform me. I understand if people are not selected generally they are not informed but I think if a candidate followup at least he should be informed about his candidature. Its really very disappointing!! would not recommend this to anyone I know.
