I applied online in a recruitment agency and I got a first contact. Then I got a remote talk with the HR manager in the company which sent me a test to prepare during a weekend. After sending the test, they reviewed it during a week and finally contacted me for a personal interview with the HR manager, the team manager and the CTO.
