Skipped some stuff and everybody was still happy. Review. Most probably with future teammates. They didn't spend much time checking the exercise before coming. Asked superficial questions only. They are not experts, so don't expect complex questions. They do not provide feedback. Cultural fit, just a chat with a manager. No hard questions, just trying to know you as person and previous experiences. Only to find some redflags to block the process. Extremely hard to fail this one.
