Super straightforward and easy interview:
1. Initial screening
2. Task - case study relevant to Operations. Took approx 2-3 hours
3. Meet and present with founders (1 call to present to a co-founder and then 1 call to meet the other co-founder)
4. Offer

Interview
This company shows no respect or consideration for candidates or their time.
For an engineering position, they advertised for a senior role and then interviewed for a significantly more junior role (the people involved seemed confused).
Then they provided a test, claiming that the test would take 2 hours and demanded that it should be done by the following morning. No human could possibly complete the test in anything close to 2 hours. Apparently they think that people are inhuman and don't have anything else to do - such as an existing job or spending time with family.
Then a follow up interview - pressured to have the interview immediately. Again no consideration for anyone's other responsibilities or time.
Then they ghosted me.
This is not a group of people with respect for anybody.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at yhangry (London, England) in Dec 2024
Interview
They give you a very lengthy assignment that they claim only takes 2 hours to complete.
The purpose of the assignment is to setup a whole system, both backend and frontend, with multiple API endpoints.
There is no chance anyone can finish this in 2 hours, complete joke.
