I applied online. I interviewed at zLinq in Apr 2025
Interview
I only did the recruiter call - she was nice, also knowledgeable and specific. I withdrew but subsequent rounds would've been a one-hour VP interview and an interactive case study / pitch. I didn't like how long and drawn out the process was (they said "we reserve the right to include more interview rounds at the end if we deem it necessary").
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at zLinq (Denver, CO) in Mar 2024
Interview
First call (~30 minutes) with recruiter, 2nd Zoom call with recruiter and manager, 3rd with recruiter, manager and division VP, then a fourth meeting to meet the team/assess culture fit. First call is more than just the average screening with HR, asked pretty in depth questions that I usually didn't get until later rounds elsewhere. 3rd interview included a mock pitch. Received a call 24-48 hours after each round with updates and next steps. Got more feedback throughout the process than any company I've ever interviewed with, which was a nice change!
