Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House (FOH) staff to join our team. The successful candidates will be the welcoming face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. Duties

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and managing reservations efficiently
• Taking orders accurately and delivering food and beverages promptly
• Providing attentive and friendly service throughout guests’ visit
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and waiting areas
• Processing payments accurately using the POS system
• Assisting with setting up events or special occasions as required
• Collaborating effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
• Upholding health and safety standards in line with company policies

Skills

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions accurately
• A professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for representing our brand effectively

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
