• Approximately 12 months of design and development completed
• Substantial Flutter codebase already built
• 500+ screens completed
• Fully prototyped animation systems

The Opportunity

We are now looking for a CTO / Technical Co Founder to lead the final phase of development and help transform EV1 into a scalable production ready platform.

The successful candidate will work directly with the founder and lead a team of up to 4 mid level Flutter developers throughout the final MVP build.

The immediate priorities are:

• Final animation implementation
• Backend architecture and infrastructure
• Firebase architecture
• Notification systems
• Third party integrations
• Business logic implementation
• Production readiness and launch preparation

What Already Exists

• Approximately 500 screens
• Existing Flutter codebase
• Detailed onboarding systems
• Advanced Game Mode architecture
• Flow Coin reward ecosystem
• Flow Store functionality
• Premium animation prototypes
• Firebase infrastructure
• Detailed product specifications
• Extensive logic briefs covering notifications, user journeys, mechanics and integrations
• Twice weekly founder led QA and product review sessions

Investment Position

EV1 is currently in the final stages of a pre seed investment round, with initial funding secured and a second stage release structured around agreed product and commercial milestones.

This funding pathway has been designed specifically to support:

• MVP completion
• Product launch
• Team expansion
• Long term growth

The successful CTO will therefore be joining at a pivotal stage, with:

• Capital available to support development
• A clear roadmap towards scaling the product
• Future engineering team growth opportunities

About the Founder

The founder brings over 20 years of commercial experience, including building and scaling multiple businesses within the fitness industry.

Key highlights include:

• Worked with over 1,400 gym owners
• Multiple national industry awards
• Personally overseeing product development, UX refinement and commercial strategy for the last 12 months

The founder remains highly hands on and works closely with the product team.

You will have:

• Direct access to decision making
