Ropes & Gray London is one of the largest offices in the Ropes & Gray network, and the hub of the firm’s EMEA network and set up in London in 2010. The Marketing and Business Development team promotes and elevates the Ropes & Gray brand and acts as a strategic partner to the firm's attorneys and business support departments. We develop and execute integrated marketing and business development plans that grow market share, increase client engagement and loyalty, heighten firm and partner visibility, and foster communication and collaboration within the firm. The Business Development Manager (BDM) will serve as a trusted advisor to London partners to provide strategic, commercial, and practical business development, client development and practice support on the implementation of strategic and commercial priorities. The BDM is expected to collaborate closely with business development and other support team colleagues across London, Europe, Asia, and the US to advance the practice groups and the firm’s strategic objectives.
