About the Company
Agent Rainmaker is a leading training and education provider for the UK lettings industry. We help letting agency owners grow profitable, modern businesses through education, coaching, live events, and digital platforms.
We deliver regular live events, coaching programmes, webinars, digital training, and online content, all designed to educate, support, and inspire agency owners across the UK property sector.
As part of Agent Rainmaker, our in-house media team also supports the media, marketing, and communications output for a wider group of companies operating within the property sector. These companies serve different audiences, including letting agents, estate agents, landlords, and property professionals.
Our communications and marketing output plays a vital role in educating, engaging, and supporting these audiences across social media, email, blogs, campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a capable and experienced Communications Manager to join the Agent Rainmaker Media Team and strengthen how our content, campaigns, and messaging are planned and delivered across the brands we support.
The Role
This is a hands-on communications role at the centre of our media, marketing, and content activity.
As Communications Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping manage and deliver multi-channel communications across social media, email, and blog content. You’ll ensure our messaging is consistent, well-structured, and aligned with the right brand voice, audience, and campaign objective.
This role involves working across multiple property-sector audiences, so you’ll need to be confident adapting tone, message, and positioning depending on the brand, platform, and audience type.
You’ll work closely with the media team, coaches, and wider marketing function to plan, create, schedule, and coordinate content that supports events, launches, campaigns, and ongoing audience education.
This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, variety, and being involved in both planning and execution.
