I worked at AIG full-time (More than a year)
Great opportunities, inspiring, open to all, encompassing, great benefits, willing to listen and take on board agents point of view.
Some systems very old and difficult to master.
Not always as communicative to agents as would be liked.
Advice to Management
Continue to listen to agents, they have a wealth of knowledge. Where possible continue to include agents when looking at new ways of dealing with things..
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at AIG (London, England).
Originally given a phone interview. Then asked to come for a face to face interview. Asked a mixture of questions pertinent to insurance and competency questions. Managers very nice and looked for potential.
