Our colleague, Helen, regularly volunteers at a cage free, no kill animal shelter for cats and kittens rescued from the streets of New York and from kill shelters. This year, the shelter has found forever homes for over 275 cats and kittens.

Focus more on clients and the market and less of the internal marketing
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at AIG (London, England) in March 2018.
Starts with the standard online application. If successful, you will be asked to complete a HireVue interview. Standard fit/competency based questions. If successful then you will be invited to complete an assessment center in the London office. The AC is made up of a group task inc. presentation, followed by 2 interviews, with a short break in between.
Nice HR team. The interviewers were friendly, welcoming and talkative. The other candidates were really friendly and the whole process had a friendly ethos about it.
Sadly did not receive an offer, but plenty of positive feedback.
