At ASK Italian we care about our impact on the world around us. As part of our journey to promote sustainable dining, we joined the Zero Carbon Forum to team up with friends across the hospitality industry to take climate action. We’ve been reducing our carbon footprint over the years, adding to our plant-based menu items, diverting waste from landfill and reducing our energy use. Our next target is to reduce all unavoidable emissions from our direct operations by 2030. We're taking further action to reduce carbon emissions across our wider supply chain by committing to achieving net zero by 2040. Follow us to keep up with our plans as we work together to build a better business and care for the planet for generations to come. “Our goal is for hospitality to achieve net zero faster, together.” Mark Chapman, Founder & CEO of the Zero Carbon Forum. Great culture, in it together. Full of great people who care about getting it right .

Hard to recruit but this is everywhere not just here. Covid closures are a pain and supply chain struggles every delivery unavailable items .

    Easy Interview

I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ASK Italian (London, England) in Aug 2017

Very relaxed interview. Went in before opening times (9am). The interview started off with the interviewer offering me a drink. Went through my qualifications and past experience. No hard questions. Very chilled interview.

Scenario: If there was food ready to be given to customers, people at the door waiting to be seated, and drink ready to be given to customers which order would you do those things and why?
