    Obviously restaurant dependent but: - Friendly place to work - Exciting and new experience every shift - Pay and tips usually good plus other bonuses

    Cons

    I didn't have a lot of training when I started but the restaurant was severely understaffed. After talking with management I was able to progress.

    I am working there already for 2,5 years and atmosphere is great. Company itself offering quite good online training.

    Poor management and HR could do better to invest more money and time to refurbish the restaurants and promoted people.

    Pros

    Flexible hours which is good if you're studying; get to keep all your cash tips; transferring to a different location was easy.

    Cons

    Unreliable hours - kept getting cut at short notice; stressful/tiring environment when understaffed; some chefs were not personable or easy to work with at all
