Description Soy far, soy good for Ag Processing (AGP), one of the largest soybean processors in the world -- it processes 16,000 acres worth of soybeans at nine mills every day. AGP's chief soybean products are refined vegetable oil and commercial animal feed and feed additives. The cooperative provides grain marketing and transportation services for its 250,000 member/farmers, whose farms are located in Canada and 18 US states. It also offers corn-based ethanol and soybean-based bio-diesel. Consisting mostly of midwestern farmers, AGP's members are represented through 184 local and regional co-ops. AGP also owns Masterfeeds, a Canadian animal feed company and Proagro, a Venezuelan poultry processor.
