I have been working at Chess ICT full-time (Less than a year)
Just completed my first week at Chess ICT. The induction course was very beneficial and informative and gave a great insight into what I hope turns out to be a fantastic company to work for.
To early to tell what the cons may be
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Chess ICT (Alderley Edge, England) in July 2017.
The interview process took one week. It involved two stages which all took place within a week. The first stage was more technical. I was interviewed by my to be manager and head of the network department. Second stage was more about how I fit in to the company culture. Discussing the blueprint. At this stage I was interview by some from the HR and customer service. Overall it was a good experience and everyone was friendly and welcoming. Quick to see why they company was voted Times 2nd best company to work for 2017.
