If you work hard the rewards at Chess are plentiful. I arrived with a plan for my growth and I've achieved promotion in less than a year. For someone with no further education (but a lot of life experience) it's encouraging how much Chess support *you* if you support them.
I've also got a heath condition which I feel well supported in and feel fairly treated and cared for when needed. Having worked in another industry which had no forgiveness for physical health problems, that is truly refreshing.
The benefits with your employment package are also fabulous. Health care that supported my condition, gym membership that got me strong again (after 10 years of trying) and so much more.
You get what you put in at Chess, but you have to own it and be part of the team in order to truly succeed. With the support we have here- who wouldn't want that?
As a rapidly growing business there are times the pressure mounts. Hardly a con- it's true of any successful business.
