Description Children First is Scotland’s national children’s charity. We stand up for every child because all children should have a safe childhood. We protect children from harm, keep them safe, and support them to recover from trauma and abuse through our national support line and in their homes, schools and communities.
We help children, their families and the people who care for them by offering, emotional, practical and financial support.
We believe all children should have hopes, dreams and opportunities . But for many they don’t exist. This has to stop. We must put children first.
Together we can create a safer, brighter future for all children in Scotland.
At Aberlour we know that not all children are born with an equal chance. Together, we will be brave for children and families to overcome poverty, disadvantage and discrimination.
For over fifteen years Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries have been working closely with franchisees, parents, staff and Ofsted to deliver childcare of the highest quality, providing children with unlimited opportunities to play, learn and grow within a safe, secure and caring environment. We have a true pioneering spirit, being the first to franchise day nurseries and continue to welcome like-minded business individuals into our family.
What makes Monkey Puzzle special is how much we…
• Care about our community and the people we work with
• Encourage decision-making by employees
• Forward thinking and people development
• Healthy communication Transparency and integrity play big roles in how we communicate internally and externally.
• Are passionate about making a difference!
The thing we most value is working with talented people in highly creative and productive ways. That’s why our core philosophy is people over process, and why we try to bring great people together as a family. Of course, any growing business requires some process and structure. But with our people-first approach, we can be more flexible, creative and successful in everything we do.
Kids Planet provides not only the highest standard of nursery care and education, but also a truly unique environment where children are encouraged to explore, discover, and build relationships. Most importantly, we give them the space to enjoy the world they create for themselves, all within safe, purpose‑built surroundings designed with their needs at the centre.
Every one of our nurseries has been thoughtfully developed to offer flexible childcare options that support the realities of modern family life. Our aim is to ensure that exceptional, high‑quality childcare is accessible when families need it most.
From our early opening hours to our robust security measures, we are recognised across the UK as a specialist and trusted provider within the early years sector.
Everything, and we genuinely mean everything, has been created through the eyes of a child. Each age group has its own dedicated space, brought to life with vibrant colours, inspiring themes, and stimulating environments that spark imagination and curiosity.
Our nurseries are places of wonder, where natural curiosity is nurtured, and young horizons are expanded. Our focus is always the children: from babies to pre-schoolers, part‑time or full‑time, every child is cared for with warmth, passion, commitment, and enthusiasm.
Our buildings blend thoughtful design with the sensitive use of modern technology, and every member of our team is deeply committed to the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of your child.
