Description China Railsmedia, formerly Wing Hong (Holdings), aims to reach 1.4 billion or so people where they spend a lot of time - in the train station. Rail is the most common means of travel in China, with more than 1 billion trips annually. China Railsmedia, through majority-owned subsidiary Rails Media, sells ads on about 130,000 LCD panels at rail station ticket counters. The panels facilitate the ticket transaction while serving up targeted advertising to a captive audience. China Railsmedia also does building construction, renovation, and finish-out work, which it is phasing out. Chairman Hui Chi Yung and members of his family (including his father, director Hui Kau Mo) control just over 50% of China Railsmedia.
