I have been working at Clarify full-time (More than a year)
There is a friendly family atmosphere at the company. Even though it’s 70-75 people strong now, everyone seems to know each other and get on, down to the various activities that are run on a consistent basis.
Progression - due to the companies growth there is always room for progression.
Employee centric organisation, as employees, we are Clarify’s ‘product’ it means a lot is invested in you via training, coaching amongst other things.
You’re also given quite a lot of independence, you run your own customer with the guidance of Management, which helps you learn a lot about how business’ run and gives you a connection to the work you do everyday.
Office is getting overran, this is good because the atmosphere is really buzzy, but anymore growth and it will become too busy. However there is already a plan to move to larger offices this year, so shouldn’t be an issue.
High change, the organisation changes quite a bit, due to it being a smaller agile company. This keeps things interesting, but can also cause confusion.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Clarify (Reading, England) in February 2016.
Apply via CV
Initial phone interview
Assessment day (half day- which includes first interview)
Online assessment (fairly simple to do, just looks at your personality and way of working, nothing numerical or scary)
Face to face second interview
The whole thing took less than a week for me and I started the job the following week.
