I have been working at Clarify full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Exposure to the sales cycle
    - High spec sales training, different to the 'norm' sales techniques other companies would use
    - Good stepping stone if you're looking to eventually get into the world of sales and the full sales cycle
    - Thorough strategic, operational and tactical plans for growth for the company
    - Free milk, bread (toast) and spreads (PB, Nutella, Honey) coffee and a sweet shop that is always stocked.
    - A social company, quarterly social events, team socials.
    - Able to be honest and transparent with your management
    - Given autonomy and trusted (ability to work from home)
    - New office (Dec 2018) which is very modern and nice.

    Cons

    - Some programmes have easier targets (e.g existing customers vs net new logos) in comparison to others yet all BDs are paid and targeted in the same way , luck of the draw.
    - No real benefits other than food snacks and drinks at the office
    - Maternity pay is almost non existent (6 weeks-3 months depending what you are able to negotiate)

    Advice to Management

Management is great at clarify. No faults.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Clarify (Reading, England) in February 2016.

    Interview

    Apply via CV
    Initial phone interview
Assessment day (half day- which includes first interview)
Online assessment (fairly simple to do, just looks at your personality and way of working, nothing numerical or scary)
    Face to face second interview
    Job offer

The whole thing took less than a week for me and I started the job the following week.
