    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ClientEarth (Brussels, Brussels) in Feb 2021

    Interview

I had two rounds of remote interviews with one written assignment between the two. This consisted of technical questions regarding the implementation of the EU Timber Regulation. The panel was very kind. The panel members were encouraging and put me at ease. Unfortunately, I was not selected for this position. I was very happy to receive detailed feedback on the entire process.
    Interview

ITW n°1: What do you know about ClientEarth and its Forest and Climate Department? What are your objectives? Why did you apply? What could you bring to the team? Have you ever given presentations/trainings? How do you feel about public speaking? Do you have experience in online trainings? How do your colleagues describe you? When would you be available? ITW n°2: What did you think about the written assignment? What have you done since you quit your last job? How have you evolved?
