At Code, we recognise that digital experiences need to move with the changing expectations of the customer. We also recognise that the way this is approached will greatly influence your ability to change direction quickly in the future when you need to.
And to keep customer experiences brilliant we must strive to understand how people use them, to make them even better over time; improving the experience so that it delivers against the customers expectation and demonstrates a return.
We first started in the late 90's when our three founders decided to merge their collective skills and form a
new kind of digital agency that fostered a cross-discipline approach, where talented people worked collaboratively to create brilliant work.
Though we’ve grown and evolved a huge amount over the years, we still value two things above just about anything else: **our people** and the **way we work.**
