Our community of coders, instructors, and mentors is one of the largest in the UK. We've trained more women than the entire UK University system (50k+), and we're just getting started.

Code First Girls offers a solution to the growing demand for developers by connecting organisations with top female and non-binary talent. We place our community of women into roles with organisations providing a win-win scenario for businesses wanting to find elite candidates whilst doing their bit to close the tech gender gap.
