I have been working at Disciple full-time (More than a year)
Nice location, office, outstanding tech team, cool marketing people. Easy-going but efficient work atmosphere.
Management trusting employees.
Not work hours oriented, but objective oriented. So if you are happy with the work you've produced today, there's no reason to stop you from leaving earlier.
People chatting too much in the office, forcing others to put headphones on and losing audition by increasing the volume up to cover other people voices. It's okay when you're in sales or doing teamwork, but it's not when you're working solo on something you really need to focus on. That's the only thing I can think of... Loving it there
Advice to Management
More team building activities, please :)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Disciple (London, England) in October 2018.
The interview process was very good. I was constantly kept in the loop with updates and proceedings. They were quick and responsive, and the whole process from applying to getting the job only took around 2 weeks. The interview itself was very well thought out and thorough, and avoided cliche interview questions. I left the interview feeling that the way they had gone about their questions gave a better representation and understanding of the applicant than other interviews do. Other interviews that I've had I've felt that firstly, they haven't given me a clear indication of what I'd be doing in the job, and secondly, that anyone could blag those questions and make up answers on the spot. This was not the case with Disciple, who were clear about what I'd be doing, and asked insightful questions. Overall, it was a very good interview process.
