Doc Chey's Restaurants owns and operates five Doc Chey's Noodle House locations featuring a pan-Asian menu of noodles, soups, and stir-fry dishes. The company has three units in the Atlanta area, along with others in North and South Carolina. Atlanta restaurateur Rich Chey (president and CEO) opened the first Doc Chey's in 1997.
