We are a contact centre-and field based business supporting a range of collections and recovery activities for Water Companies across the UK. We work with customers who have fallen behind with their repayments. Our job to have conversations with these customers to understand their situation and find the right solution for them to get them back on track. This includes agreeing the right payment plan solution, a new tariff and escalating and solving queries with bills.
We also have a field team who complete visits to properties to have these conversations and try and support customers.
