- Flexibility at Work Policy: Our employees wanted more flexibility and we heard them loud and clear. We wanted to ensure our people are enabled and empowered to perform at their best and manage their unique lives and work. In 2020, we refreshed our global flexibility at work policy which introduced the hybrid work model- a mix of working from home and working from the office across the company, for everyone.
