Mission Our mission is to help people live fuller, happier, more independent lives, with dignity and choice at the centre of everything we do. It’s a mission shaped by our longstanding values -courage, integrity, ambition, partnership, and respect - which guide how we support people and how we work together.

Whether it’s enabling someone to try something new, supporting daily routines, or opening doors to new opportunities, we’re here to make every moment matter.
Description Dimensions is one of the UK’s largest not-for-profit organisations supporting autistic people and people with learning disabilities – and for seven years running, we’ve been recognised as a Great Place to Work. That’s because we invest in our colleagues just as much as we invest in the people we support, and we stay true to the values that guide every decision we make.

We work alongside around half of all local authorities and the NHS, delivering specialist support for people with profound and multiple learning disabilities, complex health needs, distressed behaviour, and forensic needs.
Our goal is simple: provide personalised, high-quality support that helps people live the life they choose. If you want a role with purpose, real support, and the opportunity to genuinely change lives, you’ll fit right in.

We are always working to improve standards – our own and across the sector. Dimensions was one of the pioneers of personalised support, showing how it works in practice, and enabling thousands of people to have greater choice and control. We continue to be innovative in our approach, and our Strategy for 2025 outlines our commitment to becoming a leader in our sector.
