We're a team of ambitious, knowledgeable and dedicated people working to constantly improve the lives of students. And we're looking for passionate individuals to help us grow.
We do this by offering training and development opportunities to our staff - including Diplomas in Insurance and specialist Diplomas in Digital Marketing to name a few.
We also prioritise internal promotions where opportunities arise, as well as providing an open and healthy work environment through various initiatives.
These include our monthly 'Let's Connect' meetings where our senior team give a live business update to all colleagues and answer any questions that arise.
Plus, we have a successful Employee Assistance Programme which encourages and supports staff to prioritise their wellbeing.

What's Endsleigh about?
With over 55 years in the education community, we have a strong history of providing market-leading insurance solutions for students, teachers, alumni and education establishments.
As well as an integral focus on education, we also have strong roots in other industries such as charity, commercial and landlord to name a few.
2021 saw us launch our brand-new student app, My Endsleigh. As well as insurance, the app also provides wellbeing support with qualified counsellors, cashback on students' spending, the ability to use that cashback when purchasing insurance via My Endsleigh and with plenty more to come!
We have lots in the pipeline for My Endsleigh and our other business areas. From sales, to marketing, we're looking for talented people to help us execute our ambitious plans!

Our Head Office
Based in the country-side outskirts of Cheltenham, our Head Office is located in Endsleigh Park on Shurdington Road – just off the A417 and close to the M5 – making our location highly commutable.
We have modern offices with newly refurbished kitchens, speciality bean-to-cup coffee machines and picturesque views from desk windows.
Most of our teams are based in our Head Office and have the option to utilise the facilities in line with our flexible working policy. We have an open-plan office. In 2020 we turned our private offices into meeting rooms so that our senior leadership team could be more present amongst the workforce.
Endsleigh Park’s grounds are also a huge benefit to working with us – making lunchtime walks/outdoor team meetings (in the summer!) much more enjoyable. We also have an onsite gym, football pitch and tennis courts – plus, not to mention free parking!
We hold regular colleague initiatives to show our people how much we value them. Some examples include ‘Spin the Wheel’ to win weekly prizes, ‘Pimp your hot chocolate’ and Christmas advent calendars.
