Description The Girl's Day School Trust (GDST) is a unique family of 25 schools across England and Wales. As specialists in girls’ education, we tailor our teaching to the way they learn best so girls learn to be confident, happy and fearless with the belief there is no limit to what they can achieve.

Founded in 1872, The Girls' Day School Trust offers scholarships, awards, and other financial assistance to enable all eligible girls to attend. Independent minds are united by collective spirit does not only shine through the girls but beams through the quality of the staff guiding them.

GDST teachers are experts in teaching girls and committed to equipping every girl with knowledge and realise her dreams to make her mark on the world. At the GDST, teachers understand the importance of combining academic excellence with creative, cultural and sporting activities to ensure girls are given the ability to achieve their full potential. We seek to recognise truly outstanding teaching with many routes of progression across the Trust, as well as championing their abilities and share their insight with other staff across the 25 schools.
