Ghim Li Group makes the clothes that make the casual man, woman, and child. The company is a supplier of casual knitted apparel for major US and European retailers. The one-stop shop conducts market research, provides product design, and handles manufacturing and logistics. Ghim Li makes and supplies more than 60 million garments a year, with product lines that include sleep, lounge, casual, active, and kidswear. Customers have included Banana Republic, Benetton, Gap, Macy's, and Wal-Mart. The company was founded in 1977 as a sewing subcontractor with six sewing machines and has grown into a big link in the global textiles and apparel supply chain.
