Description Hub Box is fast becoming known as the place to go for quality casual dining in the South West and we were judged in 2015 the "Best Burger in the UK" at the National Burger Awards. We also won the ‘Best Group” award at The Bristol Good Food Awards, 2018. There will be opportunities aplenty within our ever-evolving business for right-minded people focused on a hospitality career.

Hubbox is the landmark bar & restaurant group started amongst the palm trees and golden sands of the far west of Cornwall that has grown throughout the Southwest.

From our flagship Hub that started 15 years ago on the waterfront, in the art haven fishing town of St Ives, to a reconditioned shipping container in the centre of Truro, that moved to a disused Wesleyan chapel; urban regeneration and innovation has been a part of our story as we have also opened vibrant, happening restaurants in St Austell, Exeter, Taunton and Cheltenham, to serve all day, comfort food and drink for families, beachniks and sea-loving gastronauts alike.

Surf, turf, veggie & vegan, we are proud of our Cornish provenance. Our delicious burgers are made in-house with Cornish rare breed beef supplied by Philip Warren our Launceston butcher. As well as their brisket and pork shoulder that we smoke slow and low over apple and hickory wood chips. Our burger and hot dog buns are delivered fresh from Baker Tom’s handmade bakery in Redruth. Our craft beer comes from the renowned Harbour Brewing Company over Bodmin way. In addition to great food we have a curated drinks menu of beers, wines, cocktails & coolers. All our baristas can brew you up a cup of freshly ground coffee, supplied by direct trade suppliers Extract of Bristol.
