High Level Management involves in every day task even though you have a specific manager to report
Should pay as per the work
No scope to work freely and enjoy your work
They hold the payslips such that employees cannot exit incase of immediate job change.
    Pathetic agreements and notice period.

    Advice to Management

Hire more workforce to get work done instead of forcing existing employees to work all the time which leads to employee exits as many of them do there.
Value the employee before he decides to exit !

    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Intellipaat.

    Interview

It’s a lengthy process and too many unnecessary rounds which I don’t think is necessary . We are asked to wait for too long . There was no proper intimation for next round of the interview.
