Katalyst Laboratories is an authorised distributor of molecular diagnostic test platforms from leading manufacturers, such as Primerdesign, part of the Novacyt Group. Our laboratory team perform evaluations and provide technical training on all tests we distribute. This enables us to effectively support our customers, allowing quick and cost-effective adoption of our tests.
Katalyst Laboratories is also an outsource provider of molecular diagnostic testing services to private healthcare and travel hubs. We have developed our own secure, streamlined, and paperless testing work-flow. This workflow is based around the QR codes on our sample collection packs, utilising the Yoti digital identity app. Our workflow is designed with data privacy and data security in mind, conforming to GDPR. Where our clients wish to provide COVID-19 tests to their customers, we also offer online booking and payment systems to further streamline the process.
Katalyst Laboratories, as a registered provider of COVID-19 tests, also provides testing services on-site at the workplace as part of our clients’ corporate occupational health provision. In addition, we support testing at travel hubs, such as ports and airports, with our rapid point-of-care tests. Katalyst Laboratories is based at our Testing Hub in Soho Square, London, where we also provide COVID-19 test processing services for London-based businesses and private healthcare providers.
