Description Network Research is an insights agency specialising in customer experience. We work with our clients to understand what their current and potential customers think of the brand and service they provide. We then help them to improve their products and relationships to grow their business.
We collect data via different methodologies, including telephone, mobile web, SMS, online, communities and focus groups. We conduct all our telephone research in house and have three call centres to support this. These are based in Bristol, Edinburgh and London.
Our interviewers are fully trained by ourselves prior to working on studies for our clients. Interviewing consists of collecting answers to questions in a uniform way so as not to influence responses from participants.
