At Northcoders, we're not just a tech company; we're a community on a mission. In 2016 we set out to diversify the tech industry, providing pioneering and industry leading bootcamp training for those wanting to break into tech. Our founding principles were about creating a new pipeline of technologists, for that pipeline to be as inclusive and diverse as possible whilst never compromising on quality.

Our 13-week intensive bootcamps equip graduates with all the skills and knowledge they need to
start their career in tech. The bootcamps are taught by mentors who are experienced in their fields,
whether it’s software engineer, java developer or data engineer, ensuring that the content always
reflects industry best practices and employer needs.
After graduating the career development team will introduce you to businesses that are hiring
graduates from their network of over 450 companies.
There are many ways to pay including free scholarships for people living in England, and finance
