    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Novuna (Newbury, England) in Feb 2022


    I applied online and after a week had an online assessment. A couple of days after I had an interview with their customer care manager and team leader. It was the best interview that I ever had in England. They were so friendly, it felt like you are speaking a friendly interview as every question felt so smooth, professional, and at the same time connected to the role that I applied for. Unfortunately, my answers were not what they were looking for, but I was absolutely amazed by their interview process. I asked them that I would like to receive feedback after the interview when they make a decision, and just as they said on the interview day they send me an email on the day that they promised that I was not selected.
